01Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern access to the WorldORA Site and any purchase or use of WorldORA digital products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to the version presented at that time.
02Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate information when ordering. If acting for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
03Digital Products
WorldORA offers downloadable or digitally accessible planners, spreadsheets, dashboards, trackers, calculators, and templates. Product descriptions identify the intended content and use. Digital products are not personalized financial, tax, legal, investment, or professional advice.
04Pricing
Normal prices and currency are displayed on product and checkout pages. Taxes, when applicable, are identified during checkout. WorldORA does not use an unapproved crossed-out reference price or promise that prices will remain unchanged.
05Ordering & Payment
An order is accepted only after the applicable payment process confirms payment and WorldORA issues an order confirmation. Adding information to a checkout form does not itself create an accepted order.Payment processing is intended to be provided through Stripe and is currently pending Stripe’s review and approval for payment activation. Once approved and activated, payments will be securely processed by Stripe. WorldORA does not store or process complete payment-card numbers or CVVs on its servers; sensitive card credentials are handled directly by the payment provider in accordance with applicable PCI-DSS requirements.
06Digital Delivery & Access
The delivery method, access instructions, supported format, and any access duration applicable to a product must be presented before an order is accepted. Keep order communications and download materials secure.
07Permitted Use
Unless product-specific terms state otherwise, purchase grants one buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for personal or internal business purposes. Ownership remains with WorldORA or the identified rights holder.
08Prohibited Use
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share publicly, copy for third parties, remove proprietary notices, misrepresent authorship, or use a product to create a competing template library without written authorization.
09Intellectual Property
The Site, branding, product presentation, and original product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No right is granted except the limited use right expressly stated in these Terms.
10Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate order details, maintaining access to the supplied contact channel, using compatible devices or applications disclosed before purchase, and making independent decisions based on your circumstances.
11Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy presented at checkout and applicable law. Review that policy before ordering.
12Support
Support is limited to the product and access terms stated for the order. Verified business contact details appear below; support email and published hours still require owner designation.
13Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, products and the Site are provided under the specifications disclosed at purchase without guarantees of a particular financial, operational, or personal outcome. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
14Limitation of Liability
Any limitation must comply with applicable law. WorldORA does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. The final jurisdiction-specific liability cap requires owner and legal review before WorldORA accepts orders.
15Availability & Modifications
WorldORA may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue Site features or products. Changes do not remove rights already granted for a completed order unless applicable terms or law permit it.
16Termination
Access may be restricted for unlawful activity, abuse, infringement, fraud, or material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law and existing order rights.
17Governing Provisions
The governing law, forum, and dispute procedure require owner and legal confirmation and must be disclosed before WorldORA accepts orders. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable where required.
