01Fast digital delivery
WorldORA provides digital products electronically. This page explains how digital delivery works, when customers can expect access, what they receive, and how to get help if delivery is missing or incomplete.
Digital products only
WorldORA products are delivered electronically unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
Electronic delivery
Order and access information is sent to the email address provided during checkout or made available through the applicable delivery method.
Product instructions
Usage, setup, or access instructions may be included when necessary.
02Digital delivery only
WorldORA products are digital products.
We do not normally ship physical boxes, discs, USB drives, printed manuals, or postal documents unless a product page specifically states otherwise.
Depending on the product purchased, delivery may include:
- a digital download link
- spreadsheet or workbook files
- template files
- dashboard or tracker files
- supporting instructions
- setup or usage guidance
- relevant product documentation
The exact contents of each product should be described on its individual product page.
03When delivery happens
Most digital orders are intended to be delivered after successful payment confirmation.
In some circumstances, an order may require additional review before digital delivery is completed, including payment verification, fraud-prevention checks, or confirmation of order information.
If additional review is required, WorldORA will process the order as soon as reasonably possible.
Delivery may be delayed if:
- the payment provider has not confirmed the transaction
- the email address provided during checkout is incorrect
- additional payment or identity verification is required
- a technical issue temporarily prevents digital delivery
04Where delivery is sent
Delivery information is normally sent to the email address entered during checkout or otherwise made available through the delivery method shown during the purchase process.
Customers should verify that their email address is correct before completing an order.
If an incorrect email address was used, contact WorldORA support and provide the order information and correct email address.
For security purposes, WorldORA may request information necessary to verify the order before resending digital delivery details.
05What you may receive
Depending on the specific WorldORA product, your delivery may include:
- digital product files or download details
- spreadsheet, planner, tracker, calculator, or dashboard files
- setup or usage instructions
- product documentation
- compatibility or format information where applicable
- support information
The exact files, formats, features, and included materials may vary by product and should be stated on the relevant product page.
06If you do not receive your order
If your digital delivery does not arrive as expected:
- Check your spam, junk, promotions, and filtered email folders.
- Confirm that the payment was successfully completed.
- Confirm that the email address used during checkout was correct.
- Check any order or delivery information provided during checkout.
If you still cannot locate your delivery, contact WorldORA through the Contact page and provide your order number and checkout email address where available.
WorldORA can review the order and resend or restore delivery information when appropriate.
07Delivery problems
If a download link does not work, a digital file is incomplete, or expected delivery information is missing, contact WorldORA support.
Depending on the issue, WorldORA may provide:
- corrected delivery information
- a replacement download link
- replacement digital files
- updated instructions
- technical assistance
- another appropriate resolution
A delivery problem does not automatically mean an order qualifies for a refund.
Where reasonably possible, WorldORA will first attempt to complete the digital delivery or resolve the technical issue.
Refund eligibility is governed by the separate WorldORA Refund Policy.
08Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for keeping their:
- delivery emails
- order information
- downloaded files
- account access, if applicable
secure.
Digital products should not be distributed, shared, reproduced, resold, or made publicly available except where the specific product license or terms expressly permit it.
WorldORA may be unable to replace digital products or restore access where delivery information or files have been lost or compromised through unauthorized sharing or misuse.
09When delivery is considered complete
Digital delivery is considered complete when the applicable product files, download information, or access information have been:
- sent to the checkout email address;
- made available through the applicable customer/order interface; or
- otherwise provided by WorldORA support.
